Flash Soundtracks and Kesseny music is owned by Kesseny ltd so the terms below referring to "Kesseny music" is that which is owned by Kesseny ltd.

You have under these terms the right to use Kesseny music royalty free and be included within your own work subject to the following:

1. You must not offer Kesseny music for resale in any way exclusively or packaged unless otherwise specified below:

a) You can include Kesseny music within your web site as part of a sales process but you must not offer / sell Kesseny music for download separately or included in any of your music. You can if you have a requirement such as this, discuss specific licencing to achieve this. I would be happy to discuss this with you

b) You must not offer any of Kesseny Music on a CD to sell as your own work.

3. All Kesseny music are offered non-transferable, non-exclusive but royalty free subject to Kesseny copyright terms detailed here or spefically under a separate and customised agreement.

4. You must not pass Kesseny music onto any other person other than those who are to use Kesseny music for the sole purpose of working on your projects that are using Kesseny music under these terms.

5. You must not resell Kesseny music unless you have a specific wholesale license to do so previously agreed with Kesseny ltd.

6. You must contact Kesseny where you feel your use has changed and may differ from your original application. When you purchase Kesseny music you wil be transferred to the F4b.com commerce shop where you are asked to register the domain the product is going to be used for or the media project with details it is being used for.

7. Kesseny music must not be used within any sound library or jukebox unless you have a specific and separate contractual agreement to do so previously agreed with Kesseny.

8. You must use Kesseny music on the domain name you entered in the registration details. Any additional or changes to this use may be a chargeable item. You must contact Kesseny ltd to notify of any change of use.

9. You must add a copyright reference to Flash Soundtracks (http://www.flashsoundtracks.com) when using any Kesseny music.
